RoHS Compliance

What is the RoHS directive and how does the Linvox Corporation comply with it?

The RoHS Directive is shorthand for “the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment”, and it was implemented in July 2006. It is an Article 95 single market directive.


Certifications

It bans the placing on the EU market of new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than the specified levels of the following substances:

  • Cadmium
  • Mercury
  • Hexavalent Chromium
  • Polybrominated Biphenyl(PBB)
  • Polybrominated Dipheny
