FREMONT, CA – May 13, 2019 On May 10th, 2019, the United States government announced an additional 15% tariff increase on Chinese products entering the United States after May 10th. To provide more details:
If export date (from china) is before may 10, and the cargo arrives between May 10 and June 1, then cargo is NOT subject to the 25%
If export date after may 10, then cargo is subject to the 25%
If export date is before May 10, but arrives after June 1, then it IS subject to the 25%
